Due to the large number of clients we serve, it can take up to 3 months to receive your first session. There are several factors that go into determining how quickly we will be able to add you to our schedule - such as your availability, gender preference, the number of teams we have available, weather conditions, and etc. Since our scheduling team is small and time is of the essence, we discourage continual inquiries, as this will only delay the process further. We thank you ahead of time for your grace and patience as we work diligently to serve everyone as quickly as possible!
During the waiting period, we ask that you check your emails frequently. When a session becomes available and matches the criteria on your application, we will send you an email invitation labeled "Confirm Your Freedom Session Appt NOW!" from our Planning Center scheduling program. Please follow the instructions in the email to ACCEPT or DECLINE our invitation ASAP. These emails are TIME SENSITIVE and a response must be received within the allotted time frame. If we do NOT receive a response, we will assume that you are no longer interested in receiving a session and you will be removed from our active scheduling list.
Planning Center is the scheduling program that we use. Once you have attended an orientation session and have been entered into our Planning Center program, you will receive a welcome email prompting you to set up your new account. Once you are ready to login you can use Planning Center to check your schedule, decline sessions, block out dates when you won't be available, reset your password and more. Our ministry consists of servants who freely give their time each week to serve YOU. Therefore, last minute cancellations are HIGHLY DISCOURAGED. If you MUST cancel your session due to an emergency, we ask that you notify us via text at (913) 912-3660 and give us as much time in advance as possible to find a replacement. Clients who cancel their sessions consistently or do not show up for their session(s) will be removed from our scheduling list and will have to speak with the ministry founder before being added back onto our scheduling list.
Yes! We call it our "STAND BY" list. On occasion, someone will cancel their session and we will look for a replacement. We give priority to clients with the greatest need and those who are listed on our "STAND BY" list. If we are trying to fill a cancellation at the last minute, we will typically send out a text message to everyone on our list. So it's important to respond ASAP if you are interested in the session!
